Congratulations to Greig Canning from Kirkcaldy on winning the 2019 B Grade Strathspey and Reel Competition.
The Ceòl beag (light music) competitions take place outdoors at the Argyllshire Gathering's Oban Games. Come rain or shine (and usually a bit of both) solo pipers compete for the Marches, Strathspeys, Reels and Jigs competitions. Take time to wander around the field to listen to these world class pipers.
Other placed winners in the 2019 competition: 2nd Calum Moffat (Lockerbie), 3rd Jonathan Simpson (Bo'ness), 4th Sandy Cameron (Roy Bridge) and 5th Jacob Dicker (Hammond, Canada).
